Lead underwriting and pricing for new sales and renewals, maintain and revise deal models, support sales handoffs, produce financial analysis and forecasts, manage bulk rate processes, and coordinate cross-functionally with executives and sponsors to ensure pricing achieves target returns.

Respond to inbound and outbound customer contacts across voice, chat, email and text to sell and support Blue Stream Fiber products and services, set up or transfer service, document sales, meet KPIs, resolve customer issues, and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Drive subscriber growth and product penetration through door-to-door outreach, events, and property engagement across assigned MDUs. Support property launches, onboarding, and installations; manage orders and account updates in ICOMS; upsell and educate residents; partner with account managers and property managers to build long-term relationships and meet revenue targets.
