Manage change communications for enterprise productivity products: write, edit, and publish customer-facing content; coordinate with engineering and marketing; manage multiple small content projects, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and publication while ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Design and deliver user-centered internal enterprise tools to improve productivity and operations. Gather requirements, create wireframes, workflows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, support data-driven UI decisions, and deliver polished visual and interaction designs quickly.
