Leads customer support center operations in partnership with the Director of Operations. Oversees staffing, workflows, service delivery, team performance, client satisfaction, budgets, and operational improvement. Uses data and business judgment to identify risks, resolve service gaps, translate strategy into execution, and communicate performance to stakeholders. Requires full-time onsite work in Bellevue with flexible hours and occasional weekend or holiday coverage.

Provides administrative and operational support to senior leaders and teams, including complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reporting, meetings and events, procurement, vendor relationships, office support, and stakeholder communication. The role also supports financial, personnel, and facility operations while handling confidential information and completing special projects in a fast-paced technology environment.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to multiple senior leaders. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing meetings, processing invoices and expenses, coordinating vendors and events, maintaining records, supporting office operations, handling confidential information, and tracking deadlines and action items.
