Manage daily accounting operations, monthly close, financial reporting, billing, payables, receivables, payroll accounting, reconciliations, internal controls, revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, audits, and tax preparation. The Assistant Controller supports the Controller, oversees accounting activities, resolves discrepancies, improves processes, maintains accurate records, and partners with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, ERP proficiency, and at least five years of progressive accounting experience.

Leads Blueprint’s B2B marketing function, including annual planning, messaging, integrated campaigns, content, partner marketing, sales enablement, website and digital performance, lead management, analytics, budgeting, and vendor oversight. The role connects marketing activity to pipeline, customer engagement, and measurable business outcomes while managing and developing a Marketing Coordinator.

Own the growth strategy and sales motion for Blueprint’s Data & AI Solutions business. Generate net-new enterprise opportunities, expand strategic accounts, develop partner-sourced opportunities, and maintain a healthy pipeline. Lead executive discovery, value propositions, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, and cross-functional pursuits involving data modernization, cloud migration, Databricks, analytics, governance, and AI solutions. Partner with delivery, marketing, technology providers, and executives to ensure successful transitions and sustained account growth.
