Manage end-to-end SAP supply chain digitization projects including planning, scope, budgets, risk, integrations, testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare. Partner with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier-collaboration solutions, drive adoption, and report status to leadership.

Support the Director of Operations to manage daily activities of a customer support center: oversee staff performance, drive process improvements using data, manage budgets and resources, participate in client initiatives, and ensure high customer and employee experience. Coach managers, monitor quality and KPIs, and support strategic objectives and engagement delivery.

Develop and maintain automated test suites and frameworks for Android applications and platform components. Provision, configure, and validate software on physical Android prototype devices, operate a device lab, integrate tests into CI/CD, investigate failures using logs/telemetry, reproduce defects, support release readiness, and document test plans and automation processes while collaborating with engineering and quality teams.
