Boeing’s LGO/Tauber Leadership Development Program develops future operations leaders through rotations across Boeing sites. Participants rotate every 12–18 months, lead teams, execute projects and process plans, establish operational goals, manage suppliers and resources, improve processes, oversee technical approaches, and build relationships with customers and stakeholders. The program is intended for current or former MIT Leaders for Global Operations graduate students and includes relocation eligibility, an assessment, and first-shift work.

Supports Federated Access onboarding and Identity & Access Management products by troubleshooting complex access issues, coordinating customer escalations, analyzing support data, and improving customer experiences. Collaborates with product managers, developers, vendors, security teams, and customers on releases, documentation, training, readiness, and incident resolution. Administers business systems and ensures IAM tools meet operational and cybersecurity requirements.

Leads digital strategy and transformation initiatives, managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams. Uses customer experience research, analytics, AI solutions, and human-centered design to improve digital engagement and business performance. Responsibilities include strategic planning, Agile project delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, customer feedback analysis, and continuous improvement across digital touchpoints.

The Factory Service Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean facilities, handling hazardous materials, and performing custodial tasks under little supervision.

Serve as the flight test maintenance subject matter expert supporting flight line activities, design-build execution, and test programs. Read and apply engineering drawings and ECOs, write and revise maintenance procedures, support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, coordinate with engineers and QA, and implement process improvements while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.

Operate and maintain boilers and associated power generation equipment, monitor gauges and safety systems, perform inspections and troubleshooting, record logs, follow safety and regulatory protocols, and perform routine physical tasks in a manufacturing environment. Role is fully onsite and shift-based.

Perform installation, maintenance, diagnosis, repair, and testing of plumbing systems and fixtures (water, drain, gas, steam, pumps, valves). Support plant and building plumbing including high/low pressure systems; work onsite across Boeing Puget Sound sites with shift work and safety training requirements.

Support production teams within the Boeing Production System by analyzing performance, reducing safety and ergonomic risks, improving quality and flow, creating operating and disruption recovery plans, and executing projects onsite in factory or flightline environments under mentor guidance.

Support quality assurance activities including requirements reviews, maintaining quality policies and metrics, data collection and root cause analysis, audit preparation, and material review disposition while collaborating with cross-functional teams during a 10–12 week onsite internship.

10-12 week paid summer internship supporting Sales & Marketing projects including market analysis, data analytics and visualization, financial modeling (NPV), go-to-market strategy, marketing communications, event support, sales enablement, and customer engagement. Interns work with mentors, tour facilities, and build cross-functional business skills in aerospace contexts.

10-12 week paid internship supporting quality engineering and supplier quality activities. Responsibilities include data analysis, risk assessment, QMS documentation, DFMEA support, inspections, audits, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement to ensure product and supplier conformance.
