Leads functional operations and continuous improvement for Boeing’s ServiceNow HR service delivery platform. Responsibilities include platform governance, support escalation, enhancement delivery, requirements gathering, testing, release readiness, stakeholder communication, workflow automation, integrations, self-service improvements, and evaluation of AI capabilities. The role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, guides a Product Support Analyst, analyzes platform performance and recurring issues, and drives improved employee service experiences.

Leads the design and implementation of scalable, secure, cost-effective cloud, data, analytics, and AI architectures. Develops reusable frameworks, self-service platforms, architecture standards, cloud economics practices, and advanced PoCs/MVPs. Leads Boeing’s workers’ compensation administration program, including strategy, compliance, claims oversight, cost containment, audits, vendor management, reporting, and continuous improvement. Manages a professional team, oversees sensitive claims and program budgets, analyzes risk and claims metrics, collaborates with internal functions and regulators, and delivers training to promote consistent policy adherence.

Leads enterprise Leave of Absence and Time and Attendance operations, including third-party vendor governance, service quality, escalations, data integrity, payroll coordination, compliance controls, system implementations, and continuous improvement. Manages operational teams, establishes KPIs, drives automation and employee experience improvements, oversees issue resolution, and partners with HR, Benefits, Legal, Labor Relations, Payroll, and technology stakeholders.

Leads product marketing strategy for Boeing avionics aftermarket solutions, including go-to-market planning, market intelligence, competitive analysis, product launches, messaging, sales enablement, campaign execution, performance optimization, and executive stakeholder engagement. The role also represents Boeing at industry events, influences cross-functional teams, mentors marketing talent, and supports revenue growth and market expansion.
