Supports Boeing test program managers and cost account managers with program planning, scheduling, cost and schedule control, earned value management, risk management, work authorization, reporting, and performance analysis. Coordinates internal and external commitments, validates data, develops mitigation plans and business cases, resolves issues, and supports cross-functional teams in meeting program objectives with minimal direction.

Leads Boeing Vertical Programs’ test and evaluation strategy, architecture, execution, resources, and environments. Oversees integration testing, qualification capabilities, lifecycle execution, budgets, schedules, risks, change management, and performance. Partners with engineering teams, program leaders, government stakeholders, suppliers, and customers across domestic and international sites. Develops teams, presents to executives, applies Model Based Engineering, and uses analytics to improve product test lifecycle outcomes.

Partners with HR service groups to improve service delivery and employee experience through ServiceNow analytics. Owns HR dashboards, KPI definitions, reporting standards, metrics packages, access administration, troubleshooting, and analytics roadmaps. Analyzes service performance, employee feedback, and operational trends to identify root causes and recommend improvements. Coaches peers, supports end users, communicates insights to leaders, and collaborates on business requirements and reporting solutions.
