Conduct outbound sales to SMB and mid-market customers using qualified leads. Identify connectivity, fiber, cybersecurity, and telecommunications needs; present tailored solutions; acquire and expand accounts; manage proposals, RFPs, pipelines, and CRM activity; negotiate and close business while meeting quotas and maintaining customer relationships.

Provide first‑contact remote IT support for company employees (85% general tech support, 15% Tier 1 enterprise AI tool support). Troubleshoot, document, and resolve device, software, and access issues; escalate when needed; assist with AI account provisioning, FAQs, and runbook-driven resolutions. Support macOS/iOS and mobile devices, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to knowledge base and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
