Candidates need customer service and landscaping experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a valid driver’s license, and comfort working in a digitized field environment.

Leads strategic business development and revenue growth by identifying markets, building client and partner relationships, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and expanding market share. Maintains sales pipelines, forecasts, CRM records, and performance reports while collaborating with operations, design, sales, and leadership teams. Represents the company at industry and networking events and promotes customized landscaping, design, and installation solutions to commercial clients.
