Cultivates and manages corporate partnerships, sponsorships, employee giving programs, volunteer initiatives, and in-kind donations. Develops proposals, coordinates sponsorship benefits and events, tracks donor information in Salesforce, reports engagement metrics, and ensures appropriate recognition and stewardship. Collaborates with leadership, marketing, programs, and operations teams to strengthen corporate support and advance the organization’s youth-focused mission.
