Oversee outsourced accounting and financial advisory services for UHNW clients, family-owned businesses, startups, and private companies. Responsibilities include cash flow modeling, financial reporting, financing support, succession and exit planning, tax planning, risk management, ERP implementation, process optimization, and multi-entity accounting. The role also manages staff, mentors junior employees, and advises executives on complex accounting matters.

Coordinate staffing and resource planning across engagements and teams, monitor utilization and capacity, identify staffing gaps, facilitate scheduling discussions, and support workforce forecasting. Maintain resource data, train colleagues on scheduling tools, manage reassignments, and partner with leaders to align employee skills and development goals with business needs. The role also supports international teams, process improvements, reporting, and ad hoc workforce planning projects.

Leads fiduciary accounting engagements for trusts, estates, conservatorships, and guardianships. Reviews fiduciary accountings and reports, advises trustees and professional partners, manages budgets and deadlines, and supervises distributed teams. Develops processes and training to improve operational efficiency while supporting client relationships and business development. Requires strong accounting, fiduciary administration, project management, communication, and staff leadership experience.
