Braintrust Benefits Overview

Design and build threat detection and response systems across cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, identity, endpoint, and agentic environments. Own security telemetry and alert pipelines, improve detections, lead incident response, conduct threat hunting, manage vulnerability response, and develop trustworthy AI agents for alert triage and incident investigation. Participate in on-call rotations, remediation, postmortems, and real-time threat intelligence efforts.

Build and own Braintrust’s billing systems, including usage metering, subscriptions, entitlements, invoices, credits, payments, reconciliation, and observability. Design scalable architectures for usage-based pricing, plan enforcement, account state, and billing workflows. Partner with product, infrastructure, finance, and customer-facing teams while developing internal tools and APIs to investigate anomalies and manage credits. This role requires deep backend expertise and ownership of billing correctness and scale.

Provides customer-facing technical support for hybrid and self-hosted deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Responsibilities include debugging Kubernetes, Terraform, networking, IAM, TLS, performance, database, and reliability issues; leading incident response; contributing backend and infrastructure fixes; building diagnostics and health checks; maintaining documentation; and participating in on-call support.
