Leads Brex’s Mid-Market sales organization, managing four frontline sales leaders and approximately 20 Account Executives. Owns segment strategy, revenue performance, forecasting, pipeline management, talent development, coaching, hiring, and operating cadences. Partners cross-functionally to improve pipeline generation, competitive deal execution, sales productivity, and customer outcomes while leading the organization through growth and change.

Leads revenue operations for Account Executive, SDR, and Partnerships teams. Owns coverage models, forecasting, pipeline management, capacity planning, territory design, quota setting, incentive compensation, annual planning, and operating cadences. Manages RevOps leaders and individual contributors, partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Systems, and Data, presents strategic analyses to executives, and drives process, reporting, and AI-enabled efficiency improvements.

Own the full-cycle sales process for Brex’s financial platform, from prospecting and lead qualification through product demonstrations and closing. Generate and manage pipeline, communicate ROI to small and mid-sized businesses, consistently achieve quotas, solve customer problems, and collaborate with Sales Development, Product, and Underwriting teams.
