Investigate ambiguous business questions, improve data quality, structure business context for AI systems, and develop AI-powered tools and evaluations. The role also requires documentation, testing, code review, training, and cross-functional support.

Perform accurate medical coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), audit coded data, support coding-related appeals, maintain compliance with CMS/HIPAA, and educate RCM staff to optimize reimbursement in a telehealth setting.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales to virtual care companies: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, and close. Advise on reimbursement strategy, payer dynamics, and billing models. Help build a repeatable sales playbook, feed market intelligence, and scale Bridge's GTM motion while working closely with Head of Growth.
