Owns Brightfin’s end-to-end software and AI architecture, building scalable production systems, agentic product capabilities, LLM orchestration, evaluation pipelines, AI development tooling, and security guardrails. The role operates as a hands-on individual contributor initially, establishes architecture and AI roadmaps, partners with executives, and later builds and leads an engineering team. Responsibilities include ServiceNow ecosystem architecture, enterprise governance, data security, and measurable AI-driven product outcomes.

Own the strategy, roadmap, packaging, pricing, design partnerships, and go-to-market launch of brightfin’s AI-native FinOps and ITFM product pillar. This individual contributor role will define the MVP, validate market demand, secure initial revenue, and scale the offering toward meaningful ARR. The leader must have extensive AI product leadership experience, direct ITFM/TEM/FinOps expertise, enterprise governance knowledge, and proven ownership of pricing, positioning, sales enablement, and commercialization.

Drive enterprise sales revenue by prospecting, managing pipelines, closing new and cross-sell business, and building relationships with large corporate clients. The role involves value-based solution selling, navigating buying committees and RFPs, delivering presentations and proposals, maintaining CRM hygiene, and collaborating with partner channels. The position requires extensive B2B SaaS and enterprise deal experience, strong communication skills, quota achievement, and approximately 30% travel.
