Own full-cycle recruiting for senior-level, priority, and hard-to-fill roles. Develop sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring leaders, assess candidates, guide hiring decisions, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience. Use recruiting data to monitor search health and outcomes, maintain accurate ATS records, provide market insights, and contribute to process improvement, employer branding, and recruiting programs.

Leads talent acquisition operations by coordinating interviews, managing recruiting workflows and systems, improving data quality, and building reports and dashboards. Partners with recruiters and hiring managers to strengthen candidate experience, streamline processes, maintain ATS integrity, and implement scalable tools, documentation, and operating standards. The role also supports recruiting technology evaluation, process improvement, audits, analytics, and future workforce-planning initiatives.
