The Sr. Systems Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, resilient infrastructure across hybrid IT environments, focusing on Azure, AWS, and M365 services while ensuring strong cybersecurity practices.

Lead and scale the firm's legal and compliance function, manage litigation and investigations, oversee corporate governance and entity management, run the insurance program, ensure regulatory compliance and supervisory frameworks, advise on complex commercial contracts, drive privacy and data protection (including AI governance), and provide cross-functional legal support for strategic transactions and growth initiatives.

Responsible for month-end close, payroll processing, accounts payable, and full-cycle accounting. Requires attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
