Lead Data Engineer to design and build scalable ETL pipelines and data models using Azure cloud (Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory) and big data technologies (Spark, Delta/Parquet). Support real-time and batch lakehouse/warehouse analytics, data quality, and enable datasets for AI/ML and business decision-making.

Work with healthcare stakeholders to discover high-value problems and rapidly design, prototype, and ship end-to-end AI solutions using Claude and modern AI stacks. Build LLM integrations, RAG, agentic workflows, APIs and lightweight front ends; apply responsible AI, HIPAA compliance, monitoring and governance; communicate ROI and technical tradeoffs to executives; iterate prototypes into production-ready, reusable components.
