Owns BRINC’s accounting function, including close processes, financial reporting, revenue recognition, tax compliance, inventory and cost accounting, audit readiness, and internal controls. The role will lead the company’s first financial statement audit, improve accounting processes, support budgeting and forecasting, and implement scalable financial systems and automation. It also partners cross-functionally on strategic and operational finance initiatives.

Lead the design, testing, and integration of drone electrical systems, ensuring high performance and reliability through circuit design and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Own customer onboarding for existing integrations, develop third-party integration strategy, establish technical partnerships, coordinate engineering delivery, troubleshoot field issues, and manage program health. The role translates among agency IT, operations leaders, vendors, product, and engineering while ensuring security, reliability, compliance, documentation, and executive visibility. It requires strong technical fluency in cloud software, APIs, authentication, data flows, networking, and enterprise integrations, plus sound business judgment and customer-facing program leadership.
