Embed onsite with critical customers to install, configure, and operate BRINC drones and software, triage and fix hardware/firmware/software issues under operational pressure, write and upstream code and configs, liaise between field and HQ engineering, document learnings, participate in after-hours support, and travel extensively for multi-week deployments.

The IT Support Specialist will establish the IT Help Desk, manage device lifecycle across multiple OS, and ensure effective IT operations support.

The role involves designing and implementing computer vision algorithms for UAVs, focusing on localization, mapping, and perception systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams for integration and validation.
