Owns post-sale relationships for enterprise accounts, including onboarding, deployment planning, technical check-ins, QBRs, renewals, expansion, account health, and customer advocacy. Coordinates with engineering, product, sales, and executives to resolve issues, drive adoption, demonstrate ROI, and support long-term customer outcomes. Requires strong project management, communication, cybersecurity, cloud, and identity technology expertise.

Lead Britive's technology partner ecosystem to drive revenue by prioritizing, building, and launching integrations and go-to-market motions with identity and security vendors. Evaluate partnership commercial potential, define integration requirements, negotiate agreements, and coordinate cross-functional execution with product, engineering, sales, and marketing. Measure partner-sourced pipeline and maintain executive relationships.
