Client-facing consultant who leads a small team to deliver strategic assessments, organizational development, change management, stakeholder engagement, and implementation plans. Designs and facilitates workshops, develops communications and business plans, coaches team members, manages workload and performance, and collaborates across departments to align strategies with client and company goals.

This role leads climate adaptation projects, developing strategies and implementation plans, enhancing organizational operations, mentoring staff, and engaging stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Design and develop electrical systems and drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, including cable tray, conduit, lighting, devices, and circuit layouts. Coordinate cross-discipline models, manage equipment/panel schedules, ensure regulatory and project requirements are met, and mentor junior staff. Work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment within engineer-defined scope.
