Leads mid-sized to large municipal water and wastewater engineering projects from planning through delivery. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, quality, contracts, risks, changes, safety, vendors, profitability, and invoicing. Builds client relationships, supports sales and business development, leads cross-functional teams, delivers drinking water and infrastructure projects, and mentors project managers and staff.

Designs, automates, and supports complex cybersecurity solutions across cloud and infrastructure environments. Responsibilities include security alert monitoring, incident and vulnerability management, security architecture, SIEM tuning, access reviews, compliance with frameworks such as SOC 2 and CMMC, risk assessments, third-party security reviews, scripting, and secure technology guidance. The role also mentors team members and partners with technical and business stakeholders to improve security posture.

Analyzes and interprets data from multiple sources, builds dashboards and reports, performs predictive analytics, and delivers insights for Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional decision-making. The role supports data governance, quality standards, data architecture, process improvements, business requirements intake, and stakeholder communication. It requires approximately two years of related experience and may mentor less experienced team members.
