The Commercial Lines Account Manager assists in managing new and renewal business, provides customer support, prepares applications, and maintains client files.

Provide service to commercial insurance clients and support Producers on new and renewal business. Prepare and submit ACORD applications, negotiate with underwriters, issue certificates and policy documentation, bind/place coverage within carrier authority, resolve policy and coverage issues, maintain client files and agency management system records, and communicate technical information clearly to clients.

The Business Intelligence Analyst will analyze pharmaceutical transaction data, develop visual data models, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive insights and improvements in business strategies.
