Implement and configure employee benefits technology solutions, manage testing and troubleshooting, and ensure accurate client delivery. Partner with clients, vendors, carriers, and internal teams; provide platform support, training, documentation, and process improvements. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, resolving system issues, conducting quality audits, and mentoring less experienced teammates.

Leads complex multinational insurance programs from renewal strategy and coverage placement through stewardship reviews. Provides risk management guidance, coordinates claims and risk control resources, presents to underwriters and carriers, manages client relationships, identifies additional opportunities, monitors insurance market trends, and ensures licensing and compliance. Requires at least 20% travel and may provide team leadership.

Process furniture protection-plan claims by communicating with customers, retailers, manufacturers, and technicians. Review documentation, determine coverage, authorize repairs, order parts, recommend exchanges, administer settlements, monitor open claims, and follow up toward closure. Provide inbound and outbound phone and email support, guide users through retailer portals, document technician updates, and deliver professional bilingual Spanish-English customer service. Support intake functions as needed while maintaining accuracy, adaptability, and effective soft-skills-based communication.
