Prepare federal and state individual and business tax returns, review general ledger and financial statements, perform reconciliations and adjusting entries, support month- and year-end close, prepare tax workpapers and estimates, advise on tax planning, respond to client inquiries and tax notices.

Contractor will analyze Zoho and Xero environments, design and implement integrations and automations (using APIs, webhooks, Deluge, or middleware), perform end-to-end testing, document configurations and SOPs, and train clients. Deliverables include mapping plans, QA reports, documentation, and training materials.

Lead and review client accounting and U.S. tax engagements, mentor and train junior staff, manage multiple client projects, perform tax planning and resolution, and ensure accurate financial statements and reconciliations.
