Develop relationships with U.S. accounting, tax, and staffing firms to identify remote hiring opportunities for India-based graduates. Introduce qualified candidates, coordinate interviews and assessments, support offers and onboarding, and track employer pipelines and placements in a CRM. The role is remote, flexible, independent, and commission-only, with no guaranteed salary.

Develop employer partnerships with Indian companies hiring U.S. taxation and accounting professionals. Identify vacancies, gather hiring requirements, present qualified academy graduates, coordinate interviews and selection processes, follow up on offers, and support joining formalities. Maintain employer and placement records in the CRM and report on vacancies, interviews, offers, and successful placements. This is a remote, independent, commission-only opportunity.

Manage U.S. tax preparation operations, including team supervision, work allocation, project workflows, deadlines, quality control, tax review coordination, and escalation of complex matters. Oversee Forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120 processes, coordinate reviewers, track client information and IRS matters, coach staff, implement procedures, and report on productivity and delivery performance.
