Coordinates educational assessment projects by supporting program managers, tracking deliverables, organizing meetings and project documentation, coordinating user acceptance testing, managing client feedback, supporting help desk responses, and preparing reports, presentations, invoices, and customer materials. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Travel of up to 20% per quarter may be required.

Leads administration, deployment, monitoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and modernization of SQL Server and AWS database infrastructure. Supports EC2-hosted and RDS SQL Server environments alongside Aurora, DynamoDB, Redshift, and S3 data lake services. Diagnoses performance issues, manages replication, backups, disaster recovery, security, and large databases, develops SQL and PowerShell automation, partners with engineering and development teams, documents processes, and participates in on-call support.

Develops English language arts assessment content, including reading passages, test questions, performance tasks, and interactive items. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to review items, incorporate feedback, assemble test forms, create supporting materials, maintain item pools, and help develop assessment specifications. The role also involves sourcing copyrighted materials, meeting deadlines, and occasional travel of one to six trips annually.
