Support day-to-day AP/AR, billing, cash application, reconciliations, and transaction processing. Prepare and review vendor bills and customer invoices, assist month-end close, research discrepancies, respond to stakeholders, and support process improvements and reporting to ensure accurate financial records and audit readiness.

Oversee and execute site-level regulatory operations for U.S. clinical trials, including IRB submissions, FDA interactions, ISF management, safety and amendment filings, regulatory strategy, site start-up and closeout support, cross-functional collaboration, SOP development, and continuous process improvement to ensure GCP and regulatory compliance.

Provide virtual patient and site support for decentralized clinical trials: recruit and pre-screen patients, manage data entry and systems, coordinate with sites and PIs, support imaging facility setup, document interactions per GCP/ALCOA-C, troubleshoot tech issues, and perform study administrative tasks to ensure protocol compliance and patient retention.
