Leads user research and product design for member- and provider-facing digital experiences. Creates user flows, wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, and recommendations; partners with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams; defines experience metrics; and ensures accessibility and human-centered design standards. Independently manages multiple initiatives and communicates research findings, design rationale, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders and leadership.

Supports the design, validation, and operationalization of predictive, machine learning, and AI models. Analyzes structured and unstructured data, develops algorithms, validates outcomes, creates visualizations, and communicates findings to stakeholders. Collaborates cross-functionally to integrate solutions and prepares model pipelines for business use. The role also involves statistical analysis, NLP, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and research into emerging technologies.

Manages healthcare cost reporting, including financial data accuracy, detailed report preparation, reimbursement analysis, regulatory compliance, reporting-system improvements, and management presentations. Collaborates across departments, identifies trends and discrepancies, supports strategic planning, and leads process improvements. Requires expertise in Medicaid cost reporting, healthcare reimbursement, finance technologies, analytics, and staff leadership.
