Manage high-priority, cross-functional Consumer Experience projects from planning through delivery. Define scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and documentation; lead stakeholder meetings; ensure alignment with Cx strategy and regulatory/quality requirements (NCQA); maintain project repositories and report progress to executives.

Lead end-to-end claims automation and AI initiatives: manage intake, prioritize based on ROI, design and implement solutions (RPA/GenAI/LLM), drive testing, adoption, and post-production value tracking across cross-functional teams.

Provide legal counsel on corporate, transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters; lead a defined portfolio of legal matters; draft and negotiate contracts; support governance, litigation, and business development; monitor regulatory developments; build relationships with stakeholders and regulators; advise business partners and manage legal risks.
