Leads distributed engineering teams developing and operating the Sensei Cloud SaaS platform. Responsibilities include people management, hiring, delivery predictability, platform quality and reliability, automated testing, incident response, technical design reviews, AI-assisted engineering adoption, security guardrails, and collaboration with Product, architects, executives, and partner teams across multiple regions.

Provides technical support to dental-office customers, field personnel, dealers, and third parties. Diagnoses and resolves software, hardware, application, conversion, and customer-data issues through phone, email, chat, and live-line channels. Documents contacts and resolutions in CRM, follows escalation procedures, supports knowledge-base updates, performs data analysis, and collects customer-site information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Requires strong communication, troubleshooting, organization, and independent decision-making skills.

Drives revenue by selling integrated payment solutions to new and existing dental practice customers. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, needs discovery, consultative selling, product demonstrations, negotiation, opportunity management, closing business, meeting sales KPIs, and coordinating post-sale handoffs. The role focuses on improving payment workflows, practice efficiency, and patient payment experiences.
