Translates business problems into AI use cases, builds practical tools and workflows, evaluates value and risk, develops playbooks and training, and partners with technology, security, privacy, data, and business teams to support responsible adoption and production handoff. Manages AI analysts and advises leadership on strategy, portfolio priorities, emerging trends, and scalable practices.

Leads DevOps and platform engineering strategy, building Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, automated provisioning, Kubernetes platforms, and cloud automation. Manages a small technical team, establishes security and compliance guardrails, improves reliability through monitoring and high-availability practices, and serves as an escalation point for platform issues. Partners with application, infrastructure, security, and managed services teams to standardize delivery, document processes, and advance infrastructure modernization.
