Performs financial reconciliation and loss analysis for liquidated mortgage loans, identifies recovery and bill-back opportunities, researches incurred losses, and prepares evidence-based written summaries. Communicates findings with investors and insurers, responds to rebuttals, maintains servicing system updates, follows mortgage and agency guidelines, supports quality reviews, and helps improve processes. Requires mortgage default servicing knowledge, accounting and reconciliation skills, strong documentation and writing abilities, attention to detail, and effective workload management.
