Researches title, property, and senior-lien activity; coordinates with internal teams, investors, clients, vendors, and regulators. Provides technical guidance and mentoring to junior analysts without formal supervisory authority.

Performs financial reconciliation on liquidated mortgage loans, researches incurred losses, identifies recovery and bill-back opportunities, and analyzes claim data to mitigate financial losses. Prepares evidence-based written explanations, handles investor rebuttals, maintains LoanServ records, supports quality reviews, and monitors mortgage servicing guidelines. Requires strong accounting, analytical, documentation, communication, organizational, and mortgage default servicing skills.
