The Trustee Sale Specialist will be responsible for opening and processing foreclosures in all company licensed states. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The Target Pay range for this position is $24.00 to $28.00.

What you’ll do:

  • Log and enter new foreclosures into system. 
  • Review deed of trust and other documents to be able to prepare the notice of default/notice of sale and send for recording.
  • Prepare and send notices and other documents to all interested parties.
  • Review title and clear any title defects as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure data accuracy of third-party websites.
  • Prepare bidding instructions and other sales related documents and process third-party sales.
  • Handle incoming daily phone calls from borrowers, clients, interested third parties, etc.
  • Review bankruptcies to ensure validity against the property.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • One (1) plus years of title curative, default, foreclosure, servicing, or bankruptcy experience.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suite—Word, Excel, etc.
