Manage and grow existing K-12 district partnerships by owning renewals and expansions, forecasting pipelines, negotiating contracts, building district-wide sponsorship, collaborating with Sales and Success for smooth handoffs, and sharing learnings to improve team performance.

Own retention and lifecycle marketing to keep district partners engaged and renewing. Build playbooks, newsletters, launch and activation processes, and a content library of case studies. Coordinate partner events, webinars, and conference support while partnering closely with Customer Success to align communications, operations, and performance tracking.

Own end-to-end revenue cycle for behavioral health claims: manage AR, investigate and resolve denials/rejections, submit corrected claims and appeals, post payments and reconcile cash, ensure billing compliance, analyze denial trends, and lead process improvements to recover and protect revenue.
