Teams at Carvana

Lead a region of ~10 auction locations and their General Managers, driving operational, sales, and financial performance. Provide strategic direction, change management, data-driven recommendations, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Ensure safety, process execution, and continuous improvement while supporting large-scale initiatives and mentoring senior leaders. Significant travel and airport proximity required.

Inspect and ensure vehicle detail quality, train and assign detailers, perform final detail tasks, log and photograph completed vehicles, run inventory reports, maintain a clean and safe shop, and report equipment or incident issues to management.

Lead and oversee multiple reconditioning production lines, drive throughput and quality, identify and resolve bottlenecks, run performance reviews, support continuous improvement, develop managers and leads, enforce safety and operating standards, and manage site operations in the General Manager's absence.
