Assists with operating and maintaining drill rigs, vehicles, forklifts, skid-steers, and other equipment on traveling outdoor work crews. Performs pre-trip inspections, physical labor, debris removal, material transport, safety compliance, and equipment maintenance. Requires a valid driver’s license, DOT medical card, FMCSA compliance, background check, drug test, HAZWOPER physical, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Travel is typically 95%, with 10-days-on and 4-days-off schedules.

Operate and maintain drilling rigs and equipment, complete drilling reports and logs, conduct inspections and preventative maintenance, and lead drilling crews. Ensure safe work practices, train employees, approve timesheets, maintain certifications, and build positive client relationships. The role requires extensive travel, long workdays, physical lifting, compliance with DOT and safety requirements, and operation of various rig types.
