Process, pay, and file high-volume federal, state, and local payroll tax liabilities for US payroll. Prepare and reconcile tax filings and reports, respond to agency notices, investigate discrepancies, maintain Oracle tax accounts, support year-end W-2 activities, and partner with Payroll, Finance, and Treasury. Monitor tax law changes, manage agency access, handle client and employee inquiries, and recommend process improvements.

Lead and develop a software engineering team focusing on modernizing a legacy platform using Java/Spring, transitioning to Spring Boot and React, while implementing CI/CD and SDLC practices.

Qualify inbound leads and execute targeted outbound prospecting to production finance and operations contacts. Use production intelligence tools to identify opportunities, validate MQLs, maintain CRM pipeline, and partner with Account Executives. Participate in sales training and provide market feedback to refine messaging while developing toward a full Account Executive role.
