Leads strategic fundraising partnerships for Catholic Charities Foundation by cultivating institutional funders, major donors, board members, and community leaders. Manages a portfolio of 100–150 prospects and donors, closes major and planned gifts, supports executive fundraising, develops stewardship strategies, and meets annual revenue goals exceeding $1 million. Maintains accurate CRM records, prepares proposals, strengthens donor retention and upgrades, and builds long-term relationships in a fully remote environment.

Oversee daily operations of a housing and supportive services program, supervise 4–5 case managers, ensure grant and organizational compliance, manage client data and rental assistance approvals, coordinate referrals and community partnerships, audit case documentation, support high-need clients, and provide direct case management and advocacy when needed.

Leads payroll operations for approximately 4,000 employees across multiple divisions and locations. Oversees payroll processing, tax compliance, reconciliations, issue resolution, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Partners with Accounting, HR, Grant Accounting, and operational leaders on cost allocation, audits, and funding requirements. Drives process improvements, payroll systems optimization, reporting, and future implementations while leading payroll professionals.

Installs, configures, monitors, and maintains servers, PCs, mobile devices, networks, wireless systems, applications, cloud services, and backups. Provides remote, phone, and on-site technical support, resolves escalated tickets, troubleshoots hardware and software failures, applies updates, performs security checks, and supports HIPAA compliance. Coordinates infrastructure recovery, maintains ticketing records, collaborates with regional teams, and assists with technical task delegation.
