Provides substance use disorder clinical oversight and relapse-prevention support for residents in transitional and permanent housing. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, case management, care coordination, clinical documentation, substance-use monitoring, urine analysis testing, breathalyzer administration, intake participation, and staff consultation. The role requires SUDP or SUDPT certification in Washington or the ability to obtain it shortly after hire.

Oversee organization-wide contract intake, review, routing, administration, compliance, renewals, and risk identification. Support procurement planning, competitive solicitations, vendor selection, grant-funded purchasing, and adherence to Uniform Guidance. Coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, leadership, and program teams; maintain records and workflows; provide contractual guidance and training; assist with audits, corrective actions, and process improvements.

Leads strategic fundraising partnerships for Catholic Charities Foundation by cultivating institutional funders, major donors, board members, and community leaders. Manages a portfolio of 100–150 prospects and donors, closes major and planned gifts, supports executive fundraising, develops stewardship strategies, and meets annual revenue goals exceeding $1 million. Maintains accurate CRM records, prepares proposals, strengthens donor retention and upgrades, and builds long-term relationships in a fully remote environment.
