Supports HR services for U.S., international assignment, and Employer of Record employees across multiple countries. Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll and benefits enrollment, work authorization, policy guidance, performance reviews, international assignment payments, offboarding, employee records, labor-law compliance, and coordination with vendors and EOR partners. The role also supports medical clearances, assignment travel, household goods shipments, and employee customer service in a multicultural humanitarian environment.

Leads FP&A budget, forecast, comparative, and management reporting for agency and executive leadership. Develops financial models, scenario analyses, reporting standards, and dashboard requirements. Partners with Finance Systems and EPM teams on report design, testing, data flows, and process improvements. Coordinates management reporting, budget packages, Board presentations, training materials, and SharePoint administration. Requires strong financial analysis, reporting technology, Excel, BI, and cloud-based EPM experience.

Leads global FP&A budget and forecasting processes, including planning calendars, guidance, reporting, scenario planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation. Oversees process improvement, systems governance, reporting requirements, user support, testing, training, and continuous optimization across finance teams. Partners with senior leadership, EPM Systems, HR, and operational divisions while supervising and developing staff.
