Lead and evolve a global Compliance & Ethics program for a fast-growing cloud networking/security company. Provide practical, risk-based guidance, design and oversee policies, training, risk assessments, monitoring, investigations and remediation, monitor regulatory developments, and partner across legal and business teams to embed ethical decision-making and scalable compliance solutions.

Lead product marketing for the North America region: drive product launches, craft positioning and content, build competitive intelligence, enable sales with demos and materials, coordinate analyst and event messaging, and create demand-generating thought leadership.
