Lead architecture and hands-on development for a core SaaS product suite (50% coding). Own technical roadmap, drive DevSecOps/IaC/TDD adoption, mentor teams, resolve performance and reliability issues, and translate product needs into scalable designs.

Design, implement, test, and maintain full‑stack features and services for the Cayuse Research Platform. Drive architecture, prototypes, and technical debt reduction while practicing TDD, expanding automated QA, collaborating cross‑functionally, and ensuring high quality delivery in an Agile environment.

The Technical Lead will be the primary architect for the software suite, focusing on technical excellence, hands-on development, mentorship, and cross-functional strategy to enhance the product's effectiveness.
