Lead tax engagements including preparing and reviewing intermediate to advanced tax returns, supervising staff, reviewing workpapers and financial statements, researching technical accounting issues, managing client relationships, and ensuring timely completion and documentation using applicable tax software.

Serve as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor on tax engagements. Manage client relationships, engagement budgets, billing, and staff supervision. Oversee technical reviews, mentor team members, support new client development, and ensure quality control and compliance. Travel as needed.

Lead tax practice growth and client relationships, manage billing and team performance, serve as technical subject-matter expert, drive business development and quality control, and participate in senior operations management. Travel to client sites as needed.
