Provide Level 1 IT support: troubleshoot O365, AD, Windows, Azure, networking, VPN, and hardware issues; log and escalate tickets, maintain documentation, and deliver professional customer service.

Provides remote technical support to branches, departments, and remote users by diagnosing and resolving video, phone, access, connectivity, password, and general system issues. Guides users by phone, documents interactions, prioritizes incidents, analyzes recurring problems, follows escalation procedures, and maintains accurate support records. Requires a professional remote workspace, high-speed internet, schedule flexibility, and strong communication and documentation skills.

Manage day-to-day services for assigned client accounts, providing UKG product support, troubleshooting, system navigation assistance, and timely issue resolution. Maintain client satisfaction, coordinate meetings, collaborate on escalations, identify system improvements, conduct system audits, and preserve data integrity and compliance. The role requires HR systems knowledge, communication skills, and payroll or HCM experience.
