Outbound Personal Cruise Consultant sells cruises via phone and email using warm leads. Responsibilities include making 60+ outbound calls and 100+ emails daily, consultative selling, managing a book of business, meeting sales metrics, and building long‑term guest relationships. Role is fully remote (U.S. only) with structured training and performance-based earning potential.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, governance, and PMO for the POLAR booking engine and AI innovation. Translate business priorities into deliverables, manage cross-functional programs, establish portfolio governance, drive value realization, and lead a team across product, PMO, change management, and implementation to ensure commercial and operational outcomes.

Lead enterprise cost and capital‑efficiency strategy across two cruise brands. Set targets, governance, and KPIs for cost savings and ROIC, track benefit realization, prioritize and validate AI/technology initiatives, conduct benchmarking and post‑implementation reviews, and partner with senior leaders to enforce accountability and deliver sustained financial improvements.

Lead loyalty program strategy and execution for Holland America Line and Seabourn, driving guest segmentation, benefit optimization, personalized communications, and KPI reporting. Partner cross-functionally to align loyalty with commercial goals, manage budgets and vendors, analyze campaign performance, and innovate loyalty offerings to boost retention, rebooking, and lifetime value.

Serve as primary finance business partner for IT cost centers, owning budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and long-range planning. Monitor spend, identify risks and opportunities, support supplier and labor cost management, deliver executive reporting and actionable insights, and drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, Procurement, HR, and operational leaders.

Drive revenue for Holland America Line and Seabourn in the Mid-Atlantic territory by developing account strategies, building partner relationships, executing sales and marketing initiatives, negotiating contracts, managing budgets, maintaining CRM data, and leading trade events and trainings. Requires frequent travel and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Serve as end-to-end financial owner for a portfolio of shipboard and shoreside capital projects. Manage capital forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, and investment analysis (IRR, NPV, ROI). Reconcile project systems and financial platforms, perform variance analysis, support capitalization and month-end close, and partner with Project Management, Accounting, IT, and operations to improve governance, reporting, and processes.

Design user-centered, responsive web experiences for Holland America Line. Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and visual designs; maintain design system components and standards; collaborate with research, analytics, marketing, and development; apply accessibility and usability best practices; iterate using A/B testing and performance data to improve engagement and conversion.

Lead the business-side AI Operations function to operationalize enterprise AI: define operating models, readiness and launch playbooks, change management, training, hypercare, sustainment, KPIs, and adoption support. Manage direct reports, partner with IT/AI/product/operations, translate scaled technology into business processes, and build repeatable frameworks, controls, and continuous improvement practices to scale AI implementation across the organization.

Provide high-touch desktop and endpoint support for C-level executives, manage AV and conferencing readiness for executive meetings, coordinate SCCM/MECM deployments and endpoint lifecycle with MSP, maintain endpoint security posture, create runbooks and guidance for onsite support staff, and provide after-hours/on-call support for executive events.

Serve as finance systems SME and primary liaison between Finance and IT: support and configure Oracle EBS R12, OBIEE, MarkView; troubleshoot issues; maintain hierarchies/configurations; build/support reports; lead UAT, controls, access reviews and audit readiness; drive enhancements, documentation, training, and process improvements.

Lead and manage Holland America Line and Seabourn shipboard finance teams and processes. Oversee shipboard accounting, guest billing, crew payroll, cash and inventory accounting, Crew Appreciation and Service Charge programs, SOX controls, audit resolution, and the shipboard property management system. Drive process improvements, collaborate with Controllership/FP&A/Payroll/Technology, manage traveling Finance Fleet Managers, and perform regular shipboard visits to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Manage development and rollout of deployment and itineraries for Seabourns expedition and ocean fleet. Design commercially viable, safe, and operationally feasible itineraries; perform port assessments, fuel-consumption analysis, risk assessments, and regulatory impact analyses. Lead itinerary technology (MXP, DPM, Transas), communications, KPIs, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Marine and Port Operations. Represent the company at conferences and provide mentorship.
