Leads DevOps and platform engineering strategy, managing a small team while building Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes and cloud automation. Establishes secure, compliant, repeatable deployment standards; improves monitoring, reliability, disaster recovery, and high availability; supports platform escalations; partners with managed services providers; and trains engineering and operations teams on DevOps practices.

The HR Business Partner advises leaders on people strategies, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, succession, employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives. The role coaches leaders, supports HR programs, ensures employment compliance, uses workforce data for decision-making, and partners with HR centers of excellence to strengthen engagement, leadership capability, and organizational performance.

Serve as finance systems SME and primary liaison between Finance and IT: support and configure Oracle EBS R12, OBIEE, MarkView; troubleshoot issues; maintain hierarchies/configurations; build/support reports; lead UAT, controls, access reviews and audit readiness; drive enhancements, documentation, training, and process improvements.
