Maintains job descriptions, career paths, and organization charts while ensuring alignment with CBAs, maritime regulations, and competency frameworks. Partners with ship leadership and cross-functional shoreside teams to improve progression, reporting, compliance, and seafarer experience.

Manages physical and digital signage projects across cruise ships, land properties, and dry docks. Coordinates internal stakeholders and vendors, oversees budgets, procurement, artwork quality, regulatory and accessibility compliance, documentation, scheduling, installations, and inventory. Supports wayfinding and branded guest experiences while improving signage ordering systems and maintaining clear project communications.
