Leads strategic project management for Oregon’s Rural Health Transformation Program, coordinating five initiatives, three funding pathways, grant coordinators, and cross-functional teams. Manages integrated schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, meetings, reporting, process documentation, and executive communications. Drives process improvement, standardized project-management practices, compliance, and alignment with CMS requirements while supporting management of approximately 100 grants and contracts annually.

Leads operations project management for Oregon’s Rural Health Transformation Program, translating CMS requirements into plans, schedules, workflows, dashboards, and compliance processes. Coordinates cross-functional teams, grant execution, procurement, agreements, reporting, risk mitigation, and operational improvements. Develops Smartsheet systems, SOPs, documentation, and executive reporting while monitoring milestones, dependencies, resources, and deliverables across a multi-year program.
