Designs cloud-native, API-driven solutions across Adobe, Salesforce, CDP, CRM, analytics, and AI platforms; oversees data models, identity resolution, observability, security, and operational health. Manages roadmap prioritization, budgets, vendors, implementations, and a technical team. Establishes AI governance and enables responsible use of generative, predictive, and agentic capabilities across marketing and customer engagement workflows.

Provides Tier 1 technical support for Google Workspace for Education and related technologies. Responsibilities include ticket triage, troubleshooting, customer guidance, escalations, documentation, administrator training, SLA adherence, and collaboration with internal teams. The role supports school districts through email, phone, and Google Meet while maintaining relevant Google and AI certifications and developing expertise in education technology tools.

Provides Tier 1 technical support for Google Workspace for Education, Google Cloud, Chrome OS, and related SaaS tools. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, ticket triage, SLA management, customer communication, escalations, administrator training, documentation, and knowledge-base maintenance. The role also supports team productivity, maintains certifications, monitors customer interactions, collaborates cross-functionally, and helps school IT administrators resolve technology issues.
