Support federal pre- and post-sales by developing and demonstrating technical digital-forensics solutions, creating proposals, training customers, advising on legal/regulatory compliance, and ensuring successful deployments for law enforcement and defense clients.

Serve as primary post-sale contact for federal accounts to drive onboarding, adoption, retention and expansion. Lead enablement, monitor customer health, deliver workshops, identify growth opportunities, and liaise with Sales, Product and Support. Represent customer needs, support federal law enforcement/intelligence missions, and attend conferences as needed.

Manage, maintain, monitor, and optimize global data center, server, storage, 365 and endpoint infrastructure (on-prem and cloud). Provide Tier-3 support, design for high availability, drive automation and continuous improvement, collaborate with global teams, and support FedRAMP services.
