Serve as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise security customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Build success plans, monitor adoption and health, manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate across Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering, and communicate customer needs internally to ensure measurable security outcomes and ROI.

Qualify high volumes of inbound and outbound leads, respond to prospects per SLA, create sales-ready meetings for AEs, research and prospect accounts, maintain Salesforce records, meet meeting quotas, collaborate with sales and marketing, join customer meetings, and apply AI to improve outreach.

Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs for Censys' data platform, processing large datasets and collaborating with teams to ensure effective product development.
