Provides phone, chat, and email support for customers purchasing online contractor exam training. Answers product questions, assists with purchases, supports automation and self-help initiatives, identifies customer interaction trends, and contributes to website updates, training materials, and other projects. The role requires clear communication, accuracy, flexible scheduling, and onsite work in Alpharetta, Georgia.

Owns B2B and B2C funnel, enrollment, revenue, and marketing performance reporting. Builds executive and Board dashboards, analyzes CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, spend efficiency, and ROI, and reconciles marketing activity with financial results. Maintains KPI definitions and reporting governance while partnering with Marketing, Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations, and Data teams. Supports strategic planning, diligence requests, and actionable business recommendations through accurate, cross-functional analytics.

Leads the creation and scaling of an AI-native innovation business unit for online certification and exam-preparation products. Owns P&L, market validation, product development, go-to-market strategy, technology partnerships, hiring, vendor networks, and portfolio scale or discontinuation decisions. The role builds repeatable production and launch processes, develops learner experience strategy, manages performance metrics, and reports outcomes to executive leadership.
