Leads Chainguard’s global total rewards strategy across compensation and benefits. Manages the Total Rewards team, oversees compensation cycles, equity programs, market pricing, benefits design, and international expansion. Partners with leadership on pay strategy, cost management, compliance, and scalable processes as the company grows. The role requires substantial experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments, international rewards programs, EOR management, and team development.

Build and operate scalable backend systems for Athena, including customer onboarding, entitlement logic, data ingestion, validation, deduplication, and agentic workflows. Develop in Go on GCP, use Terraform and GCP-native tooling, maintain observability and operational reliability, participate in on-call and incident response, and lead subsystem development across multiple engineers.
