Leads the Payment Services department at a federal credit union by supervising staff, ensuring transaction controls and regulatory compliance, managing training and cross-training, overseeing process improvement and special projects, conducting financial analysis, and coordinating with front-office, back-office, learning and development, and information technology teams.

Supports and administers Symitar core banking and related host services applications across production and development environments. Develops PowerOn and PowerFrame Docs solutions, manages OpCon scheduling and integrations, performs SQL and ARCU/Databricks data analysis, and provides advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. Leads or supports upgrades, automation, compliance activities, vendor coordination, technical projects, and business requirements gathering. Serves as a subject matter expert, mentors analysts, and promotes reliable, secure, and efficient operations.
