Leads marketing media measurement strategy across Social, TV, Influencer, and Content Marketing. Owns Marketing Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, causal inference, attribution, experimentation, and media effectiveness analysis. Uses SQL and statistical programming to evaluate customer and media data, develop investment recommendations, and communicate findings to executives. Partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, Product, and agencies while leading analytics talent and remaining hands-on.

Own the strategy and roadmap for complex connected commerce and service experiences. Lead customer discovery, experimentation, prioritization, product delivery, technical architecture decisions, executive communication, measurement, and optimization. Mobilize cross-functional teams across design, engineering, analytics, operations, finance, legal, and marketing while driving scalable product capabilities from discovery through launch.

Supports multiple senior executives through complex calendaring, prioritization, communications, travel, expenses, meetings, presentations, events, and administrative process improvement. Coordinates executive interviews and onboarding logistics with Talent Acquisition and HR, drives meeting actions and strategic projects, supports team engagement, and handles confidential information. Requires 7+ years supporting VP or C-level executives, expert Microsoft Office and cloud-system proficiency, strong organization and communication skills, and willingness to travel as needed.
