Supervises implementation activities, coordinating teams, schedules, resources, risks, milestones, and deliverables. Leads AI adoption efforts in healthcare through readiness assessments and workflow analysis, develops implementation documentation and playbooks, and communicates progress to stakeholders. The role supports testing, training, change management, transition, compliance, issue resolution, operational readiness, and process improvement while coaching assigned staff.

Coordinates stakeholders, facilitates cross-department communication, helps refine workflows, maintains program documentation, and assists program managers with resource allocation and project plans.

Coordinates and implements internal and external communications strategies for federal workforce and public affairs audiences. Develops talking points, communication materials, event remarks, and organizational messages; edits submissions and ensures effective distribution. Uses Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint to manage calendars, communications content, collaboration, and distribution lists. Supports standard operating procedures and collaborates with business departments to deliver clear, audience-focused messaging.

Supports public health data extraction, management, cleaning, validation, harmonization, statistical and qualitative analysis, and evaluation. Develops analytic datasets and documentation, analyzes implementation and outcome measures, integrates mixed-methods data, and prepares technical memoranda, reports, tables, figures, and presentations. The role also uses Microsoft Office and CDC administrative systems while supporting government program monitoring and evaluation activities.

Engineer, deploy, maintain and optimize the organization's Splunk SIEM environment. Integrate data sources, develop apps/reports/alerts/dashboards, perform performance tuning, manage Linux on-prem servers, mentor Tier II staff, lead technical design, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure Splunk Enterprise Security and RBA/CIM compliance for large-scale enterprise deployments.

Coordinate secure transport, handling, and accountability of classified and sensitive materials; maintain chain-of-custody and operational documentation; manage routing, dispatch, tracking, and reporting; interface with Government and security stakeholders; support operational planning, inventory and GFE accountability; respond to surge or contingency operations while ensuring compliance with security and transportation procedures.
